NEPSI utilizes both inside and outside direct sales and technical support personnel to handle customer requests. Initial contact should be made directly to NEPSI by email, or phone so that we can direct your requests to the most efficient resource within NEPSI. We strive to answer all requests to the factory for quotes and technical support on the same day of receipt and no later than 24 hours after receipt.
Unlike many other companies, NEPSI will not send you to voicemail, a distributor, or to an unknowledgeable independent local sales representative, but will instead deal with you directly allowing for the most efficient use of your time. Our staff looks forward to hearing from you.
