NEPSI is excited to welcome our newest sister company - Indústria de Transformadores Elétricos S.A (Comtrafo) - into the American Superconductor (AMSC) portfolio of power quality solutions.

For over 30 years, Comtrafo has provided state-of-the-art, utility-scale Power & Distribution and Special transformers to customers around the globe. Their technical expertise within this product line enables them to offer a wide range of solutions, including mineral‑oil and special‑fluid insulated units, dry type (vacuum epoxy resin encapsulated), and pad‑mounted distribution transformers.

In addition to individual transformer products, Comtrafo designs and supplies custom-built mobile substations and skid-based Solar Energy Systems. This equipment comes pre-assembled with all protection, control, and transmission/distribution systems integrated, and is ready for interconnection: reducing your project's physical footprint, installation time, and civil costs.
