NEPSI Has Been Re-Certified to the ISO 9001:2008 Standard

NEPSI is proud to announce that the company has received ISO 9001:2008 re-certification, the highest quality certification after being audited by a certified independent auditor.

"The re-certification of NEPSI to ISO 9001:2008 shows our commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and our continued focus in our mission to be the preferred and most trusted name for the supply of medium-voltage metal-enclosed power capacitor banks, harmonic filter systems, and actiVAR products", says Frank Steciuk, executive officer of NEPSI. "We were first certified to ISO 9001:2008 in April of 2012. The ISO standard requires annual surveillance audits and complete re-certification every three years."

ISO 9001:2008 is the latest edition of the International Standard used by organizations in 175 countries as the framework for their quality management systems (QMS). It provides a set of standardized requirements for a quality management system, regardless of what the user organization does, its size, or whether it is in the private or public sector. ISO 9001:2008 is the global benchmark for providing assurance about a company's ability meet or exceed quality requirements and to enhance customer satisfaction in supplier-customer relationships.
